Bad Day/Old Songs
I just had the worst day imaginable yesterday, which culminated in me losing my favorite cardigan on the taxi AND falling over TWICE on my way to a meeting (it was pouring). The second time I hurt my leg, bad, I hope it's not broken. Right now there's a bruise, a kaleidoscope of nasty blues, reds and purples. Ew.
When I was 17, standing in the rain was the most romantic thing (or idiotic? pretty close...).
Now I hate the rain.

Music that I liked a decade ago that I still like today:
Bush, Glycerine, 1994
No Doubt, Just A Girl, 1995
The Smashing Pumpkins, Tonight, Tonight, 1995
Goo Goo Dolls, Name, 1996
Garbage, Push it, 1998
Memories are never as intense anymore. Some pieces are still brisk and vibrant in my head while others slowly begin to fade into a monochromatic palate. Memories are fragments, like debris, they will be swept away inevitably by mind’s innate limitations.
